وارنٹی کارڈ کے بغیر، کسی دعوے پر کارروائی نہیں کی جائے گی۔
بیٹری وارنٹی کا دعوی دائر کرنے کے لیے، براہ کرم درج ذیل کو یقینی بنائیں:

Keep the battery clean and dry at all times.
• Regularly check the water level in non-maintenance (lead-acid) batteries.
• Avoid overcharging or undercharging; make sure your vehicle’s alternator is working properly.
• Ensure the battery terminals are tight and corrosion-free.
• Do not damage or remove the serial number sticker — it may void the warranty.
• If the vehicle is not used often, start it for 10–15 minutes at least once a week.
• Always install the correct battery size and amperage recommended for your vehicle.
• Extreme heat and cold reduce battery life; park in shade whenever possible.

• Always use a proper, good-quality charger that matches your battery type (lead-acid, AGM, GEL, etc.).
• Do not overcharge the battery — excessive charging reduces battery life and may cause damage.
• For car batteries, ensure the alternator is charging between 13.8V – 14.4V.
• Charge the battery in a well-ventilated area to avoid gas buildup.
• Ensure the charger clamps are tight and clean for proper current flow.
